Having already sent his faulty laptop hard drive to another Data Recovery company James called Kingdom Data Recovery as he felt the price he had been quote was excessive and as a result had lost faith in the chosen company. To further add to delays this was during the bad weather period the country had been experiencing and a week before Christmas to make things even worse.
Data Recovery is not that cost prohibitive, it pays to shop around and get at least three separate quotes.
Fortunately Kingdom Data Recovery was able to quote a much more favourable price, one that reflected the work required for recovering the data and once they had received the hard drive the data was recovered and posted back to James within two days from taking delivery of the faulty hard drive. James received his data before Christmas and was obviously happy with the service.
Having had a less re-assuring and significantly more expensive experience with an alternative provider, I moved to Kingdom Data Recovery looking for an alternative solution. It was a fantastic experience. A great service was delivered at an extremely reasonable price. I found the staff helpful, honest and transparent and given difficulties with the weather the speed of service on a best endeavours basis was also excellent.
Not all Data Recovery companies will rip you off with excessive prices; data recovery is not that cost prohibitive however some work is very complex and prices can reflect that but this is only in extreme cases. It pays to shop around and get at least three separate quotes. Good Data Recovery companies will offer free diagnosis and no data no fee policies, also beware of companies that offer cheap data recovery, cheapest is not always the best.
