Laura contacted Kingdom Data Recovery when the connector on her faulty USB pen drive had snapped. An IT company had attempted to repair the connector by soldering it together but this did not work. Laura had important documents and digital photos on the pen drive that she needed recovering.
I was very pleased with the constant communication between myself and the company
As re-soldering the connector did not work we carried out a NAND extraction of the flash memory chip on the USB Drive circuit board, this involves de-soldering the chip off the board then putting into a device that decrypts the data so it can be recovered. Although it is a tricky process it usually always yields results. As a consequence Laura got all of her data back successfully and was very pleased with the results.
