Vernon emailed Kingdom Data Recovery when his external hard drive stopped working and he was unable to access the data.
On the same day Vernon contacted us he received a shipping form which he filled in and posted with his hard drive directly to the company.
After receiving the hard drive we diagnosed the issue and contacted Vernon the same day to discuss the cost and what we could recover. Upon the successful recovery we supplied Vernon with a file list to ensure what we got back was what he required.

Vernon was happy with the data recovered, he purchased a replacement hard drive from Kingdom Data Recovery’s online store at Kestra Tech and we transferred the recovered data onto it and posted the data back to him.
This process took 5 days (including a weekend) to complete from the initial contact from Vernon to the recovered data being dispatched back to him, he was obviously happy with the service.
Very helpful, they explained in detail what they could offer along with price ranges. They successfully recovered all my lost data and files. The service was rapid. In all I am highly impressed by this company.
