Duncan contacted Kingdom Data Recovery with a disastrous situation. After installing a piece of software on the laptop it began to run very slowly. Duncan took the faulty laptop to the company that looks after his work's IT Support to try and resolve the problem. However rather than dealing with the issue they made it worse, resulting with Duncan facing the prospect of losing all of his recent honeymoon photos.

To add to the problem the laptop had also stopped working so we were determined to avoid a tricky situation. We found that the IT Support Company had done a system restore of the Windows operating system which had wiped out all trace of the digital photos. Thankfully we managed to perform a digital photo recovery of all of his honeymoon photos and put him in his wife’s good books again. Duncan was obviously happy:
When the computer played up after installing some new software I used another IT company to reset the computer to a previous date and in doing so lost the honeymoon photos and some other data.
