Farah got in touch with us after her worst nightmare had come true. After switching on her PC the error message ‘No Hard Drive Found’ appeared, it was bad enough but to make it worse there was over 2 years worth of University course work on the hard drive that potentially was lost as she did not have a back up; this could be a major disaster.
Everything I asked for I got back, I am impressed with the work carried out.
After receiving the faulty hard drive it appeared that it was not powering up. After swapping parts for the drive we got it working again and managed to perform a full recovery much to Farah’s relief:
